 Appointment Info

 

 

• Duration: Full set (1.5 – 2.5 hours) | Fills (60 – 90 minutes)

• Refills recommended every 2–3 weeks

• Patch tests available upon request

 

 

 Before Your Appointment

 

 

To get the most from your lash experience, please:

 

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.

• Avoid using oil-based products around the eyes 48 hours prior.

• Remove contact lenses before the appointment.

• Avoid caffeine to reduce eye fluttering.

• Don’t curl your lashes prior to your appointment

• If you have lash extensions currently from another salon you will need to schedule a removal prior. Then, have a consultation for your full set!

• Use the restroom right before your appointment. Full sets can last up to 3 hours and fills are an hour.

• If you haven’t filled out the consent form prior to your appointment, come a little early to complete it.

• A refill requires nothing lower than 40% of lashes. If there is less than 40%, you will have to reschedule for a full set.

• Brides: We suggest that you get your full set of lash extensions applied a minimum of a month ahead of time and then schedule one to two fill appointments before your wedding so that adjustments can be made and you get the exact look you want for your big day. Please don’t get extensions put on for the first time right before your wedding in case they are not exactly what you are envisioning or in case you have any type of reaction!

 Aftercare Instructions

 

 

Proper aftercare ensures your lashes stay beautiful and last longer. Follow these tips:

 

 

First 24 Hours

 

 

•  Avoid water, steam, sweat, and heavy humidity.

•  Don’t touch, rub, or sleep on your lashes.

•  Keep your lashes dry and clean.

 

 

 

Ongoing Care

 

 

•  Gently cleanse lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.

•  Use a spoolie brush to comb lashes and keep them neat.

•  Sleep on your back when possible.

•  No oil-based makeup or removers around the eyes.

•  Don’t pull or pick at your lashes.

•  Avoid mascara on extensions.

 

 Lash Refill Policy

 

 

We recommend refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look. If more than 50% of lashes are gone, it may be considered a full set.
